What is a Casino?

The casino, or “casino,” is a place where a variety of gambling activities take place. Video cameras are used to monitor patrons, and electronic systems in the table games can monitor the amounts wagered minute by minute and warn the casino immediately of any anomaly. Moreover, casinos routinely use chips instead of cash, which makes it harder for the house to track player wins and losses.
